The Wise Foundation is proud to present Hands On Brisbane.
This programme of craft workshops, demonstrations and Q&A sessions provides a fantastic opportunity for people to learn new skills, showcase local talent and add extra creativity to Brisbane.
Workshops we have had and will continue to facilitate are; Rag Rugs, Block Printing, Screen Printing, Terrariums, Stamp Carving, Fabric Design, Lace, Embroidery, Crochet, Shrinky Dinks, Polymer Clay, Sterling Silver, Paper Flowers, Resin, Origami, Brass Etching, Brooch Making Techniques, Kokedama, Journal Making, Weaving.
These workshops are conducted by some of Brisbane’s finest artisans to give you a hands on approach to learning your new skill. With many classes also providing the materials, all you need to do is turn up and start creating!

Enclosed Footwear is required by participants at every workshop. Hands On Brisbane reserves the right to refuse entry to a workshop if the attendee is not wearing suitable attire.
Cancellation Policy: As we purchase materials based on the number of attendees for each workshop we are unable to refund tickets. We do welcome you to pass your ticket to a friend to come in your place. Please email us if you do wish to change the name on the ticket.
Participants are required to sign a waiver at the workshop they attend. Participants are to follow instructions, safety precautions and advice when given.
Participants are required to arrive on time. Our workshops will start on time. If you are not attending on the day please contact Hands On Brisbane using the contact information in the mail out that is sent a few days before the event. If you are unable to attend on the day please pass your ticket on to a friend. As we prepare in advance for the number of attendees we are unable to offer you a refund.
