We had a really happy group of eager duck cooks. The recipes were easy (the best thing about Luv-a-Duck) and Wendy our instructor was great. Have now selected my Christmas dinner menu.

I learnt how to debone a duck and how easy it is to cook it in different ways, depending on the part. I also learnt a lot about the duck itself. Very enjoyable morning listening, cooking and eating duck. Feel confident to do at home now.

This is my second time doing a class with Luv-a-duck and it won't be the last. I learn something new each time. Crispy roast duck is definitely on our Christmas menu. Thanks Wendy and Adam for an amazing experience once again!
