Ladies these exercise classes are targeted for those key areas to make you look even better. Our instructors will take you through a program that targets legs, bums and tum areas. These classes are fun and quick way for busy mums to tone up, as well as getting rid of stress, lose weight and just have some fun. Whether it’s super hard or just a good workout, this is the place. Great for beginners as well as for the more experienced who want a little bit extra.

You will find yourself smiling and having a lot of fun, getting fit and getting rid of the days worries all at the same time. Bring a towel and a water bottle as you will work up a sweat. These classes suit both men and women.

Bayside Ladies Kickboxing (BLK) has its origins from a balanced approach in what ever we do, and is part of the Nutaofit Martial Arts Academy (NMAA), i.e. Nu – Nutritional, Tao – Way or path for life, Fit – Physical and mental fitness.

Our classes combine Kickboxing, Cardio Exercise & Self  Defence.Ladies kickboxing and cardio workouts is the ultimate way for busy women to get fit, relieve stress,loose weight and inches or centre-meters while having some fun. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bayside Ladies Kickboxing requires 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event for a full refund or transfer.  Refunds and transfers will not be processed if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event commencing. We do not offer refunds for missed classes. There are no fees for refunds or transfers. For cancellations prior to the 48 hour cut off, email Bayside Ladies Kickboxing to organise a refund or transfer

Terms & Conditions

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Bayside Ladies Kickboxing or organised by Bayside Ladies Kickboxing must agree to these terms and conditions.

1.) LIABILITY WAIVER

I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Bayside Ladies Kickboxing.

2.) PHOTO & VIDEO

I agree to give Bayside Ladies Kickboxing unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Bayside Ladies Kickboxing classes and events or on Bayside Ladies Kickboxing's premises. (For use of Bayside Ladies Kickboxing marketing materials).

3.) REFUNDS

Bayside Ladies Kickboxing requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class for a full refund or transfer. 

4.) CANCELLATIONS

In the event that a class is cancelled, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund or credit.
