Ladies these exercise classes are targeted for those key areas to make you look even better. Our instructors will take you through a program that targets legs, bums and tum areas. These classes are fun and quick way for busy mums to tone up, as well as getting rid of stress, lose weight and just have some fun. Whether it’s super hard or just a good workout, this is the place. Great for beginners as well as for the more experienced who want a little bit extra.

You will find yourself smiling and having a lot of fun, getting fit and getting rid of the days worries all at the same time. Bring a towel and a water bottle as you will work up a sweat. These classes suit both men and women.

Class Schedule

Wednesday & Friday’s: 10.30 – 11.15 am weekly Duration: 45 Minutes per session
