Barista // Level 2 // Latte Art
(+8 more dates)(Private Dates Available)
Description
For many coffee lovers, a beautiful pattern is the cherry on top of a delicious milk coffee. However, without the right guidance, pouring nice latte art can leave baristas shaking their heads in defeat and looking toward the black coffee menu instead.
We aim to teach you all of the key skills to improve your latte art, from getting consistently silky milk, to managing your movements and pouring correctly.
Repetition is absolutely key for developing latte art skills, so this course places an emphasis on guided practice time.
You will learn about:
- How to produce silky milk every time.
- Milk management for best results.
- Key free-pouring techniques.
- Guidance on a range of patterns from basic blobs and hearts all the way to more advanced tulips, rosettas, swans & more
- How best to continue your development outside of the class.
All classes are limited to 4 participants & you will receive a Certificate of Achievement at the completion of the class. If you would like to run a group session of more than four please contact hello@onacoffeesydney.com and we can arrange something special for you.
Additional Needs:
Non-Dairy Mylk // Our latte art courses are by primarily run using dairy milk. However, on request we may be able to provide an Alternative Mylk option, which would incur an additional $20 fee. Please note that Alternative Mylks do not stretch, heat and pour the same as dairy, and as such do not provide the same clarity and control when pouring latte art.
Non - English Courses // Our courses are primarily facilitated in English, however our team may be able to arrange a private session of 2 or more in alternative languages. Please contact us at hello@onacoffeesydney.com to discuss further.
