Join us for this hands-on fresh pasta workshop and long table feast! We’ll walk you through the in’s and out’s of bringing together authentic pasta dough, pass on precious techniques for pasta shaping, and bring this all together to create a delicious 3 course Italian meal with your newfound skills.
Learn how to make 5 different kinds of fresh pasta shapes, create a complete Italian meal with accompanying sauces, insalata, and a sweet pasta treat for dessert; all from scratch. This class is hands-on, so be prepared to get involved with delightful dough and get cooking in our studio kitchen.

Here’s what’s cooking...
Learn to shape 4 different pasta styles:
Fettuccine, Ravioli, Cavatelli, and Sardinian Gnocchetti.
Menu:
- Fresh cacao ravioli - asparagus & ricotta filling, lemon pressed olive oil, pistachio
- Fresh fettuccine - Roman gricia sauce [parmesan and pecorino sauce, crispy guanciale]
- Insalata pomodoro
- Crostoli al chocolato e lampone (fried cacao pasta with raspberry and lemon)
