Don't worry. you don't have to be an expert to join this class. At the end of the day wine is just fermented grape juice with a character.
Your Teacher
Michael Skyllas is a Certified Sommelier with years of experience in Sydney's dining scene. His passion and love for wine has pushed him to create a platform that is all about wine. Wine is something special, something more than just fermented grape juice. Michael believes that wine is an art form as he describes in his private wine tastings.
Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
OR
- A refund can be requested 14 days before class starts. Free of charge.
- A credit note can be requested 7 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at SOMM’S CHOICE or organised by SOMM’S CHOICE must agree to these terms and conditions.
