The SCA/Kidzphyz Netball Camp features a three-day coaching program that covers all of the important skills around netball. SCA provides specialist-coaching sessions with very experienced netball coaches.

The Camp will help you with all your skills by running you through intensive drills with top coaches who understand how to help players just like you take your game to the next level. After camp you will have a deeper understanding of the game and a blueprint for how to keep getting better going into your season

CAMP DIRECTOR

Greg Schneiders

Greg is one of the driving forces behind Kidzphyz and holds the position of Director and General Manager. He is a leading sports administrator, coach, teacher and manager. Greg has extensive experience in running sports development and management program

REGISTRATION PACKET

A detailed camper registration packet containing check in location, health/release forms, emergency contact numbers, and a checklist of things to bring will be emailed to all registered campers once they have signed up. The Sports Camps Australia health and release forms do not require a doctor's signature and they will be collected on the first day of camp.

FACILITIES

Haileybury (HY) has 3 indoor gymnasiums/basketball/volleyball courts. It has multiple football/soccer/cricket ovals (6+ ovals) as well as 2 full size synthetic hockey/tennis pitches.  A 50 m swimming pool with diving and water polo facilities.  A café/canteen is onsite but no open to SCA/Kidzphyz campers whilst on the program.  Weights room and strength and conditioning facilities are available onsite.   .

Class Schedule

Date: July 6th - July 8th Camp Check-in: First day at 8.30am in clubhouse Weldon Oval Camp Hours are: 9.00am - 4.00pm each day. Checkout: a 20 minute graduation presentation at 3:40pm on the final day of camp.

  • In the event of inclement weather indoor facilities are available for us to move indoors.

  • Please bring a packed lunch (Lunch can be purchased from the canteen on-site)

  • Everything you need to bring will be emailed to you as a PDF download within 24-48 hours of booking your camp.

Cancelation & Refund Policy

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

If you have to cancel we will issue you a full refund if you cancel prior to two weeks before the start date of the camp. If you cancel within the two weeks before the camp we will issue you a voucher valid for a full calendar year. Your camp voucher is transferable to any family member and may be used in the sport that you are initially registered in. Once the camp begins and you take active participation you are not eligible for any refund in the case of injury or sickness.

CANCELLATION BY SPORTS CAMPS AUSTRALIA

In the unlikely event that Sports Camps Australia cancels your camp, we will refund only your camp tuition and registration fee. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.

RISK WARNING, DISCLAIMER AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

In consideration of my child being allowed to participate in this sports camp program, its related event and activities, I, the parent, acknowledge and agree that:

-There is a risk of serious injury to the child from the sports activities involved in this program due to the nature of the sport (s). Such risks arise from (but are not limited to) impacts from sporting equipment, poor, wet orslippery surfaces, physical exertion, intentional or accidental contact or collisions with other participants, acts or omissions by staff, volunteers or other persons involved in the conduct of the activities; and-The child's participation is at his or her own risk and Sports Camps Australia (SCA), its staff, contractors, volunteers, insurers, agents and representatives will, to the extent permitted by law, not be liable for any injuryor death arising from the breach of any express or implied warranty that the services will be provided with due or reasonable care or skill, both known and unknown, even if arising from a negligent act or omission by Sports Camps Australia (SCA), its staff, contractors, volunteers, insurers, agents and representatives, and I assume full responsibility for my child’s participation.

I willingly agree to comply with the program’s stated and customary terms and conditions for my child’s participation. If, however I observe any unusual significant concern in my child’s readiness for participation and/or in the program itself, I will remove my child from participation and bring it to the attention of the nearest official or representative of SCA immediately.

I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless the camp, SCA its officers, agents, owners and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertises, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for the activity, with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, regarding the child and/or arising from the child's activities, however arising including but not limited to any negligent act or omission, to the fullest extent of the law.

I have read this form and Risk Warning and agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions including the Disclaimer and Exclusion of Liability when I register my child for camp.
