I really enjoyed the instructor he obviously had sound knowledge and loved his subject Cheese. I was a little disappointed with the room it was very cramped, and would have been much nicer to work in 2 as a group. I went as a lone learner and found myself with a partnered family couple so I felt like a third wheel. The Lunch was lovely at the cheese barrel. And the cheese worked out perfectly. thanks
