Well organised and informative. Speaking as a person who has always been interested in the Cheese making process, I was amazed at just how simple the initial stages of it were and my opening lesson in the art of Yoghurt and Ricotta making were enlightening and informative. I've since made litres of Yoghurt for myself - so easy and time efficient. I'm looking forward to the next stage of the learning process with relish. If you like Yoghurt and Ricotta, so much money can be saved by making it all yourself - nevermind the freshness aspect of it. I'd recommend this course for all cheese lovers who are keen to do it themselves...….the social aspect of the classes re. your fellow students, is also to be recommended. An enjoyable couple of hours spent.
