27 Jul 2020 Chaat- street food - Pani Puri, Dahi puri
I like this zoom class so I can attend even though I live in South Australia. This pani puri is very good to introduce us to Indian cooking. Would like to have more easy popular Indian finger food classes. The Chef's explanation is clear, we know more about Indian food now.

BACK TO BASICS & SPECIALTY COOKING WORKSHOPS | CORPORATE & TEAM BUILDING PROGRAMMES
The Cooks Workshop is a happy place for those who love to experience the delights of creating with food. We offer small group workshops where everyone creates at their own table. Our Chefs bring a broad range of culinary experiences that enhance our programmes. We offer a myriad of class options to choose from and for groups of 10, workshops can be organised to meet your own design and time frame.
Our community is filled with wonderful choices around food. An abundance of fresh ingredients and a multitude of cuisine influences. Cooking is a life skill for good health, happiness and wellbeing. Come and learn with us in a fun and relaxed environment. We have kept our workshops small to maximise personal attention. We aim to build classes based on what you want. Customised workshops can also be developed for Workplace Wellbeing and Team Building Programmes, Community Social Groups and Mental Health Programmes. Pretty well anyone in our community that needs help getting back into the kitchen.
