Description

 In this class, you will learn how to make three classic Italian desserts: Ciambelle, Cannoli, and Amaretti, under the expert guidance of Nonna Rosa herself.

Nonna Rosa will begin by sharing her family recipes and the history behind each of these beloved desserts. You will learn about the ingredients and techniques used to make these desserts, and how to customize them to your personal tastes.

First, you will learn how to make Ciambelle, a ring-shaped donut  Nonna Rosa will teach you how to make a soft, moist dough and shape it into perfect rings, which will be fried  until golden and incredibly delicious.

Next, you will move on to Cannoli, a crunchy, sweet pastry filled with creamy ricotta cheese. Nonna Rosa will show you how to make the crispy shell from scratch and then guide you in making the perfect ricotta filling. You will learn how to pipe the filling into the shells.

Lastly, you will learn how to make Amaretti, a delicious almond cookie that is perfect for any occasion. Nonna Rosa will show you how to make the perfect balance between crispiness and chewiness, and how to give the cookies their characteristic cracked appearance.

By the end of this workshop, you will have learned how to make three classic Italian desserts that are sure to impress your friends and family. If you can't attend the class:

You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
