Description

This is a 4-hour workshop to learn all about knives, from knife sharpening to knife skills. 

  • Knife sharpening. It is a sharpening and blade maintenance workshop for knives, scissors and gardening implements where participants will get a theoretical understanding and hands-on experience. They will learn how to use a whetstone and a steel for sharpening.
  • Knife skills. We will cover basic knife skills to make you chop like a pro. This class will teach you how to work with knife properly, chop, slice and shred.

After the course, you’ll turn the fruits of your labour into a yummy chicken and vegge stir-fry!

MENU

  • You will practice your knives techniques on a variety of food including:
    • Meat
    • Fish
    • Vegetable
    • Herbs
  • At the end, you will use your newly acquired skills to prepare a delicious chicken and vegetable stir-fry.
