Yoga at 345AC is lead by Srimathumitha (Sri), a professional singer and Yoga Instructor from India. Sri holds a Masters degree in Yoga and is a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher.
'Listening to Life' Yoga is practised within a modern Art Gallery setting, providing a warm welcome for learning within a peaceful, light filled studio space.
Combining her knowledge and experience of 15 years of classical music soundscapes, ancient Sanskrit mantras and her deep understanding of Yoga, Sri welcomes her practice suitable for all levels.

If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
OR
You may cancel anytime before class starts and claim a full refund or transfer or credit note.

Terms & Conditions
Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at 345 AC or organised by 345 AC must agree to these terms and conditions.
1.) LIABILITY WAIVER
I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by 345 AC.
2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give 345 AC unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at 345 AC classes and events or on 345 AC's premises. (For use of 345 AC marketing materials).
3.) REFUNDS
345 AC requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class for a full refund or transfer.
4.) CANCELLATIONS
In the event that a class is cancelled, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund or credit.
