About Anna Polyviou

Anna Polyviou is the Executive Pastry Chef for Shangri-La hotel Sydney. Anna isn’t your average pastry chef…she creates award winning desserts, different sweet events that are sold out and makes everything look super cool. With her entourage of personal Dj, photographer, audio man, hairdresser and pastry team she’s ready to Rock n Roll. Watch out for her cookbook in 2016 along with different television and radio appearances coming up in the very near future.
