Think healthy eating is boring? Difficult? Time consuming? Think again.

Come and learn the tricks to eating delicious, quick, and healthy meals from Shelley of Shelley’s Good Eats. This workshop will give you the confidence to continue your journey to a healthy lifestyle at home, and show you ways to pack the flavour into your meals, making it enjoyable for the whole family!

First I’ll show you how to make a delicious quinoa herb salad, and a zoodle pesto salad! After that we’ll dive straight into the bliss ball & raw chocolate bar, where I’ll show you my favourite flavour combos, then everyone gets to make their own!

The workshop will finish up with a sit down meal you’ve prepared, and a Q&A with Shelley about all things nutrition!

ABOUT SHELLEY JUDGE

Shelley Judge, founder of Shelley’s Good Eats is a Brisbane based Nutritionist with a passion for all things food. Growing up, she learnt to bake and cook along side her mother, and then combined that with a bachelor of Food science and nutrition, where she created shelley’s good eats to help others build a healthy relationship with food. She spends her hours in the kitchen trialling and creating new recipes to share with others. While she loves all things healthy, she also knows life is all about balance, and thus continues her love for baking and decorating cakes for any occasion.
