Description

In this skincare workshop you will learn how to make balms for lips and body, a refreshing toning mist for your skin type and a body scrub using homemade infused oils and kitchen leftovers like coffee, citrus peels and tea leaves.

Kirsty Mootz is the maker behind Parva Skincare specializing in handmade organic skincare using Australian Certified Organic and locally sourced and foraged ingredients.

Self taught and very passionate about reducing the impact our skincare products have on the Earth and our bodies, Kirsty now shares her tips and tricks on making high quality skincare at home using ingredients from your kitchen.

About Kirsty Mootz:

I developed a passion for creating my own skincare after doing a lot of sustainability courses after I had my son. I like to make everything from scratch and when I started making skincare and sharing it with family and friends they encouraged me to develop my hobby into a business. I am committed to reducing my footprints and sharing what I know with others to empower them to make more ethical and sustainable choices when it comes to the things we put on our skin. I am the proudest of the confidence I have built in myself from doing markets and workshops around Sydney.
