About Helen Dao
Helen’s interest in natural and organic skincare sparked in 2010 with the purpose to calm her irritated skin. She had then realised the benefits of home-made remedies made from natural and organic ingredients. However, following Internet recipes without knowing the “why’s” was uncreative and lacking, she decided to learn from the experts. Leaving her corporate job behind to nurture her creativity and quench her thirst of knowledge, Helen had immersed herself into studies for the past 2 years. She has now successfully completed her Diploma of Organic Skincare Formulation, Tutor Training and Perfumery Training in the UK and France.
Being a qualified tutor and formulator, Helen’s passion is to share her knowledge on skincare formulation and empower everyday people to choose the right products for themselves. With an emphasis on creativity, her workshops are designed to be hands-on, packed with many tips and know-how so you can create your own formula and products that suit you.
Helen’s currently developing Be Fraîche, a skincare line that are natural, effective, and lovely scented to make your skin fall in love at first try, if not, to be your good friends with many benefits.
Be Fraîche has started to leave its footprints on social media and will be launched in mid-2016.
