In this workshop we will explore the fundamental skills of creating scrumptious and healthy dessert elements like homemade nut milk, using the nut pulp to make chocolate paleo granola and chia pudding, to assemble your own unique and beautiful parfait that is plant based and full of fresh vibrant flavours.

She loves to teach food based workshops to break down some of the walls of intimidation people might have around making healthy food and to show them how fun it can be.
