This class will teach you the skills to create a fun and on trend cake to take home and share with family and friends!

This class is suitable for ages 16+ only

Learning Outcomes

-Learn how to mask a round cake in Ganache

-Learn how to roll out and cover a tall cake in fondant evenly for a professional finish

-Learn how to cut and form decorative fondant

-Learn how to create depth and shading with dusts on fondant

-Learn how to apply fondant outlines to create the comic effect

Students will take home their finished Cake along with a materials list

This class was very informative and fun! Mine cake wasnt perfect but Im confident in trying it on my own for my next celebration cake :)

Absolutely loved the class, learnt some great techniques. Linda is a fantastic teacher, with such patience and always has a smile on her face. The whole environment and commitment the teaching staff have is a dedication to show how they really love doing what they do. I have grown as a baker by taking on a few of these classes and for that I am very thankful for.

I attended the Comic Cake class on Saturday. A very organised station was waiting for me. 7 of us attended, which was a nice size class. Linda was our teacher, she was very thorough with her explanations, explaining each detail as we went along. I am so glad I attended this class for future knowledge. I will definitely be attending more.

If you can't attend the class:

You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
