A great way to spend a day in a very friendly atmosphere with like minded participants and with knowledgeable and helpful tuition. Not only did I gain the skills as it was suggested I would, but also lots of other hints on products to use in baking. I thoroughly recommend the experience to anyone interested in baking, (or chocolate) I will be applying for more like experiences with Jesssica. Thanks Jessica.

I was a bit sceptical before taking the class as i have learnt cooking through you tube and was always satisfied with the result. However i took a leap of faith by enrolling myself for the class and what an experience it was. We were a small class of 4 people, Jessica's talk was so informative. She first showed us how to bake a cake and then everyone got to bake a cake from scratch themselves. It was a huge learning experience. The cakes were devine. I so enjoyed myself and learnt so much that i will be enrolling in a few upcoming classes.
