  • Learn the steps and techniques of making sourdough bread
  • Make amazing sourdough bread at home
  • Use the Community Bread dough in a number of exciting and creative ways

Community Bread Workshop

Our sourdough bread making classes are excellent for both aspiring and experienced bakers alike. You will leave the workshop with everything you need to easily make amazing sourdough bread at home. Refreshments and a freshly baked lunch will also be provided.

Note: Spots for this workshop are strictly limited to 12 participants to ensure that everyone gets a personal learning experience.

I learn that bread only needs 3 ingredients,flour,water and salt for flavour.Connor and Dan were great teachers,sharing their knowledge,and to be able to smell,feel,and taste makes the lesson a truly inspiring session.I thoroughly enjoyed the lesson,and enjoyed my own freshly baked loaf at home.

True gentlemen who have the passion and patience to teach as well as entertain throughout the whole workshop, all things sourdough. I can now make with confidence beautiful sourdough bread where I struggled previously. The highlight was seeing the result of baking the bread and it lookin, smelling and tasting as it should. Amazing.
