Sugar Flower Workshop Monday 28th and Tuesday 9th of August 10-5pm each day

You will learn the step by step stages of making a complete flower.

You will be shown how to tape the flower, use powder colour and how to make your own and also learn about dipping in colour. At the end of day 2 you will be show you how to arrange and display display your sugar flowers on a styrofoam dummy cake.

This class will take place over 2 days. In this class you will make and take home an arrangement of sugar flowers. The flowers made will be roses, lilies, frangipani,arum lilies and foliage and leaves. Flower handouts and  flower paste will be made and with recipes will be available at the end of the class. You will then learn about placement of  the flowers on your dummy cake. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided on both days.

Jackie is a trained chef and pastry chef and attended Highbury College UK the same time with Master Chef Gary Mehigan.
