 Lace and Flower Cake Weds 26th July and Thursday 27th of July 2 Day Class 9.30am to 5.30 pm

Cost of class $580

Everything is provided for you in this class and a box to transport you cake home.

The class is aimed at students who are want to take their cake decorating skills to the next level to expand your range of cakes.

The cakes will already be baked for you.

You will already be familiar with decorating cakes with sugar paste and know how to use chocolate ganache to coat your cakes.

You will learn how to make Jackies home made flower paste, perfect for the hotter humid climates.

Sugar wired open flower will also be made with sugar decorative leaves.

Learn how to use royal icing and use stencils.

Learn how to paint the gilded effect.

You will be shown how to safely stack your cakes safely, ensuring a well presented cake.

A light lunch and refreshments will be provided on each day.

Jackie is a trained chef and pastry chef and attended Highbury College UK the same time with Master Chef Gary Mehigan.

Jackies cakes and designs have been featured in films, tv shows and her written tutorials that have been published in Australian and International Cake Magazines too.

She has created cakes and food for Bridget Jones, The Edge of Reason, Finding Neverland, Wimbledon and Iris in the UK, and she is qualified at the highest level of British City and Guilds in Sugar craft in all aspects of cake decorating and flower making.

And now Jackie has harnessed her significant experience and passion for baking and cake decorating into a very practical DIY book for decorators of all levels.
