Pilot Recipe Brewing
(Private Dates Available)
Description
We are offering this consultancy package as an adjunct step in setting up your microbrewery or pub brewery.
Due to the fact some brewers would love to taste the beer that will be produced by their brewery ahead of time, we can offer some pilot testing of their recipes so that assessment can be made, and any changes to recipes prior to opening up the brewery can be made.
This ensures a clean seamless start where the brewery need not be the testing platform for recipes, rather a place where the first beer will be fairly close to the final required flavour profile.
Small changes can then be made in the brewery which usually do not impinge on the major flavour profile of a particular style of beer and is unnoticed by the consumer.
This will save time and ensure you will be able brew good beer consistently at the earliest possible time.
Without pilot brew testing, (no guarantees can be made on day one of the brewery opening) consistent beer and avoiding major recipe/procedural changes is most unlikely.
We will provide packaged or preferably kegged beer ready for tasting after about 2-4 weeks from starting the brew day. For that reason we recommend the pilot brewing be done concurrently with other packages such as the first one, Brewery Planning, Design and Specification
We will provide 3 pilot recipe beers for assessment.
These beers can be provided free to potential customers for feedback which is a good marketing exercise.
