You now would like a great deal of help to establish you microbrewery from start to finish.
Doing the total package saves you 10% from the individual packages making up this total package.
We work with you to plan, specify and get your brewery constructed.
In summary, we will do the following;
- supervise the installation (up to 5 days)
- commissioning (up to 4 days)
- fermentation and clarification (up to 3 days)
- Packaging; kegging/bottling/canning
- Hygiene ( on/off site)
- Quality control (on/off-site)
You will have to ensure electrician, plumber and refrigeration technicians are on site, when we are, to discuss in detail requirements and functionality of the brewery.
We will also advise exact placement of the brewery and setting up and balancing the tanks into the correct position.
We will advise on cleaning regime and a checking protocol that the CIP works well.
Depending on how rapidly works proceed we will leave final installation to the trades and constantly communicate remotely until completion.
We will the return for the commissioning stage and test all equipment with a water/caustic brew. Then we will brew the first beer with the brewer and teach him all the nuances of the system.
This stage may take up to 4 days.
Fermentation packaging will be on-site and we will take up to 3 days.
Steps 4 & 5 can be interwoven into the first 3 stages.

Costanzo Brewing Consultants’ (CBC) mission is to assist micro brewers and home brewers to improve their skills and knowledge, and, by using good brewing practices, brew quality beers on a consistent basis. No refunds or part thereof are available for non-attendance or cancellation of any of the classes.
However, in the event that a student has legitimate reason to discontinue the course (medical, family emergency etc.) the student needs to provide appropriate certification, and agreement reached between CBC and the student on an appropriate refund. Full refunds are not available and a maximum of 50% refund may be applicable.

There is no assessment for short courses and no prior knowledge requirement to enrol. It is, however, recommended that you have had some prior exposure to home brewing of some sort.
