This class is designed to demonstrate how many traditional French recipes are surprisingly simple and not as difficult as you would think to introduce into your weekly menu.

An elegant little place specialising in truly gourmet crêpes and galettes. A restaurant where attention to detail is apparent, from the classy monochrome décor, Christina Re teaware serving exquisite Ovvio Organic and Cup Above tea, through to the actual food itself … each dish a sensory work of art made from the best quality local, seasonal, mostly organic ingredients supplied by some of Australia’s best practice artisan brands and producers: Schulz Organic Farms, Barambah Organics, Woodbridge Smokehouse, Kialla Pure Foods, Yarra Valley Caviar, Carboor Harvest, The Fermentary, Gary’s Quality Meats, Hagens Organic Butchers.

With an open kitchen, transparency is part of the charm of this unique French Bistro and Crêperie in Brighton. Patrons engage with all members of the team, observing the preparation techniques using traditional cookware to make their food.

Ideal venue for private corporate functions including team building events (between 6 - 26 attendees)

Restaurant open for: lunch Wednesday - Saturday 12 - 2:30pm and dinner Wednesday - Saturday 6 - 9.30pm

As the venue is small and cosy, bookings are recommended.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Curly Whiskers Food School requires 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event for a full refund or transfer.  Refunds and transfers will not be processed if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event commencing. We do not offer refunds for missed classes. There are no fees for refunds or transfers. For cancellations prior to the 48 hour cut off, email Curly Whiskers Food School to organise a refund or transfer

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Curly Whiskers Food School or organised by Curly Whiskers Food School must agree to these terms and conditions.


I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Curly Whiskers Food School.


I agree to give Curly Whiskers Food School unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Curly Whiskers Food School classes and events or on Curly Whiskers Food School's premises. (For use of Curly Whiskers Food School marketing materials).


Curly Whiskers Food School requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class for a full refund or transfer. 


In the event that a class is cancelled, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund or credit.
