Your Teacher

The workshop teacher, Peter Kearney, has 40 years of organic and biodynamic gardening experience. This blends ideally with his 20 years of teaching in food gardening, coaching and design and building of food gardens from backyard to small scale commercial.

Peter brings hands-on experience in his own patch during workshops to embed theoretical concepts into student learning. The teaching space is beautiful and Peter's wife, Vicki, provides a delicious afternoon tea with organic and biodynamic food, mostly from the garden.

Peter brings humour and warmth to his subject matter and strives to build a community of like minded people at his workshops. To create a culture of local food!
