Cancelation & Refund Policy

48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Your deposit is non-refundable, but is wholly transferrable to another date [subject to availability] provided cancellation occurs no later than 48 hours prior to your reservation. We must receive written notice of intent to alter or cancel your booking via email. Cancellation less than 48 hours before your reservation will result in forfeiture of your part payment.  In the event there is a decrease in the number of guests attending, we require a minimum of 48 hours written notice via email, otherwise we reserve the right to charge the balance payable on the day based on the original booking made.

I have previously been to the Celebration Cake class and loved it. This class was a disappointment in comparison. It was just a demonstration and so we were just sitting there watching the two chefs prepare the tarts. In terms of tasting, we all tasted ONE of each of the four tarts that were the size of petit fours...for $190 and the majority of the ingredients being egg yolks, flour and milk, it was not value for money.

We covered 4 versions of custard tart. Watching the making of and how to work with pastry was very helpful. The instructors were very friendly and happy to answer any questions. Great class
