Description

This special Christmas Masterclass with Rochelle is right before Rochelle heads down south to cater the tea party for Nigella at the Margaret River Gourmet Escape.

Rochelle will showcase two sweet and two savoury canapés. The evening will be filled with tips from Rochelle, laughter and of course plenty of bubbles.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rochelle Adonis requires 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event for a full refund or transfer.  Refunds and transfers will not be processed if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event commencing. We do not offer refunds for missed classes. There are no fees for refunds or transfers. For cancellations prior to the 48 hour cut off, email Rochelle Adonis to organise a refund or transfer

48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Your deposit is non-refundable, but is wholly transferrable to another date [subject to availability] provided cancellation occurs no later than 48 hours prior to your reservation. We must receive written notice of intent to alter or cancel your booking via email. Cancellation less than 48 hours before your reservation will result in forfeiture of your part payment.  In the event there is a decrease in the number of guests attending, we require a minimum of 48 hours written notice via email, otherwise we reserve the right to charge the balance payable on the day based on the original booking made.

21 November 2018 • High Tea Masterclass w/ Rochelle Adonis

I attended this class with my best friend as we had been to Rochelle Adonis' lovely shop for High Tea on several occasions and have always enjoyed being spoilt there. At this Masterclass, we got to learn the recipes of a couple of savoury and sweet treats from Rochelle and her staff and it was amazing to watch them at work and share their tips with the group. The class had a very relaxed atmosphere with plenty of chats and sharing of stories and it was just a lovely couple of hours of great company, delicious food and learning. A wonderful surprise was Rochelle giving away an amazing prize on the night to one lucky participant but no-one actually left empty handed. We all got a gift to take home with us which was so nice and such a generous gesture. I can highly recommend this class and can't wait to attend another one. I absolutely loved the class and the experience. How special to learn from Rochelle herself and she is such a lovely person!

I feel it is somewhat superfluous to write a review for Rochelle Adonis’s Master Class, which I attended last week, since her actual High Teas are exquisite, and hence a good review about her skills and expertise in this area are a given. Nevertheless, both she and her helper were highly-skilled and knowledgeable about the subject at hand. They were well-prepared and equipped, and were quite happy to share quite a few additional hints and tips on pastry-making and Canapés with us. Not only that, it was a very enjoyable three hours, as the course was conducted in a fun, relaxed and helpful manner.
