Description

Daisy Cooper’s hand built ceramic wares are reminiscent of times gone by - of a slower life where afternoons were spent meandering along the riverbank, gazing up at the native greenery, or of nights spent staring at the sparkly dust of the milky way.  After all, this is where Daisy gathers her inspiration for her much sought after range of hand made ceramics - growing up in rural Scotland, has kindly delivered such vivid memories, evident in her ‘river like’ glazes and speckly white plates seen the world over (Jamie Oliver has used Daisy’s work in his Food Revolution series - yes, Jamie Oliver!).

Daisy is a regualr at The Windsor Workshop (and almost every workshop sells out, so don't umm and aah!). You will be treated to a session of slow clay, hand building pieces from scratch.  You will be able to choose glazes from Daisy’s range - pieces will be fired and then returned to The Windsor Workshop for collection.

Daisy was a great instructor and Bel was also helpful. Thank you! I enjoyed revisiting this activity after not having hand built with clay since secondary school. I'm looking forward to seeing my pieces once they've been fired and glazed. Thanks to Bel for preparing a wonderful afternoon tea spread too.

Daisy is such a good teacher. She is very ha dsnon assisting and guiding everyone, facilitating the class and greeting an overall lively afternoon. It's a hip little studio with great background music, gorgeous fruit platter, cake and drinks provided while we created 3-4 pieces. I loved it. 10 outa 10 Daisy ❤️

A fun 3 hour activity that lets your creative juices run wild. You get to create 3 objects of your choosing and colour them however you like. It’s completely guided by you! Daisy teaching all the techniques at the start enabled everyone to go at their own paces!
