It cannot get much more traditionally French than this session! Not only will there be French background music all day long, but there will also be heavy copper and “Le Creuset” pots  and loads of French food stories. 

You will prepare Salmon Paupilette, Cheese Puffs, French Onion and Cider Soup, Bouillabaisse, Chateau Briand, Sauce Bernaise, Potato Gratin, Cassoulette, Pot au Feu, Tarte Tatin, Baba au Rhum, Crème Brulee, Crepe Suzette, Charcroutie Duck Confit, Rillettes, Pate, Tete de Cochon, Onion Tarte, Beef Bourgonion, cheese and poached egg soufflé.

Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers

All courses are subject to minimum and maximum numbers of enrolments. If insufficient enrolments are received, the School may need to cancel classes. You will be notified no later the 48 hours prior to the scheduled commencement date, and a full refund will be available to you.

Cancellation: There are limited places in each class and late cancellations usually cannot be on-sold. Bookings cannot be transferred, if we receive less than 2 weeks notice.

Loved this class. Walter is knowlegable and brilliant at his craft. To prepare dishes that I would never have attempted and have them dymystified by Walters very practical techniques was fabulous. Great day, super value, well organised and fun. I will be back! Thank you Walter
