This is an All Levels class, which means it’s suitable for all fitness and skill levels, open to individuals who identify as women, trans, and non-binary genders.
Emily is your trainer who is Montreal Acro-Yoga teacher training certified. She is great with total beginners and knows how to help experienced people keep advancing.
This class is for women, trans and non binary people. You can find your partner in class or bring a friend to learn with. This is a fun dynamic class. It helps build communication and trust amongst your fellow students in a light and easy way.
This class has a casual option but we advise to book in for the full term experience if possible. Your learning and skill building and the group will be richer for it.

Term 4 class runs for 8 weeks every Mondays Duration: 2 Hours per session
- Acroyoga includes handstands, base and flier strength conditioning and creative play.
- This class develops strength, flexibility and spatial awareness along with breath and gaze.

- Water Bottle and eat a light meal around 1 hour before class.

Here at Vulcana Women’s Circus, we run workshops for adults and kids and teens, and we develop community projects with all kinds of different communities, the focus always being on creativity and empowerment through circus. You can book us for gigs, workshops or hire our space at the Stores Studio, Brisbane Powerhouse.
Vulcana’s circus workshop and performance projects engage a broad range of community participants and work in partnership with arts and community organisations to create opportunities for cultural expression and community development. In a safe, playful space we encourage participants to be themselves with joy and push the boundaries of what is achievable as one or in a group.
