This was my 3rd term in General Aerials, I love this class very much! Super-skilled teachers make it accessible for girls with all levels of fitness. I met incredible people and overcome so many fears. I've learned tricks on the trapeze, lyra, teardrop, tissues, and cloud and got stronger with all the conditioning. Each class starts with a good long warming up, tricks + conditioning and ends with a very much needed long stretching. The Saturday class is better than the Wednesday ones because of better light in the gym and the delicious markets outside the powerhouse. :P
