This class is open to all level handstands. There will be drills and tips for everyone. 

Emily is an amazing Handstand artist who is excited to share their skills with you. They have a special eye for seeing what's happening for each student and helping guide you to have more awareness of the way you're moving. They're keen to make their class accessible to all interested in learning handstands. 

As always it is a challenge by choice class- aimed to upskill you as much as you desire.

Here at Vulcana Women’s Circus, we run workshops for adults and kids and teens, and we develop community projects with all kinds of different communities, the focus always being on creativity and empowerment through circus. You can book us for gigs, workshops or hire our space at the Stores Studio, Brisbane Powerhouse.

Vulcana’s circus workshop and performance projects engage a broad range of community participants and work in partnership with arts and community organisations to create opportunities for cultural expression and community development. In a safe, playful space we encourage participants to be themselves with joy and push the boundaries of what is achievable as one or in a group.

Amazing class with Rachel! So great to see myself progress every week, and get better at my handstands. Will definitely come back!

Handstand classes are amazing because you see yourself progress every week! The teacher is the best, in one hour class she manages to warm up, do some fitness and work on different stations to build up our strength. And we still have time to practice our handstands! I just love it!
