Learn to manipulate 1, 2 and more hoops around your body while building coordination, stamina and technique. Try your hand at other manipulation skills such as juggling & more! This class also includes flexibility and core conditioning. Suitable for all fitness and skill levels.

Your trainers will be Rachael Gibson + Guests! Rachael is very experienced and ready to have lots of fun! She is also super good at seeing the details in the tricks and helping you iron them out until you look like a professional.
Upon booking you will be charged 50% of the term fee, and the other 50% will be charged one week after class begins. If you wish to pay the full amount upon booking choose that at the checkout.

Clothes appropriate for hooping. Bike shorts can be good as hooping on your legs is easier with skin. Longer tights are also welcome.

Here at Vulcana Women’s Circus, we run workshops for adults and kids and teens, and we develop community projects with all kinds of different communities, the focus always being on creativity and empowerment through circus. You can book us for gigs, workshops or hire our space at the Stores Studio, Brisbane Powerhouse.
Vulcana’s circus workshop and performance projects engage a broad range of community participants and work in partnership with arts and community organisations to create opportunities for cultural expression and community development. In a safe, playful space we encourage participants to be themselves with joy and push the boundaries of what is achievable as one or in a group.
