What a great experience, Zigi was so welcoming and answered all our questions. The recipes were innovative and yet very doable, even for someone with little or no cooking experience. It was a small class which gave us the opportunity to participate in the prep and practice plating up with style and then eat the delicious food. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants an entertaining, informative and enjoyable experience.
