Description

This three hour class veiled as ‘painting whales’, will actually be centred around the techniques developed by Sha’an over 4 years of working with inks and watercolours. The class will explore bleeding, layering, detailing and mixing media while painting a whale as well as how to choose the right art materials.

The class will also offer face-to-face time with Sha’an to ask her any and all of your questions, as well as getting hands on help with your pieces.

ABOUT SHA'AN D'ANTHES

Furry Little Peach is Sha’an d’Anthes – illustrator and more – from Sydney, Australia who made her start in art since before she could remember.

By day she is a designer at a small digital agency in Surry Hills and by night(s and weekends) she draws, paints and experiments at her studio in Glebe. She is a line-lover and a thing-maker who lives and breathes her work – making things with her hands, and who’s online following has seen her sell and show her work within Australia as well as across the globe.

She’s worked with local and international brands, had her work turned into apparel and home-wares, runs her own online store, and has been featured and interviewed by publications including Yen Magazine, ELLE, and Hysteria.

She is a passionate little thing who wants us all to project positivity and vibrancy unto the world – check out her work in real-time on Instagram.

Class Schedule

What you will learn

Cancelation & Refund Policy

REFUNDS

Work-Shop requires 72 hours notice in writing prior to the class for a full refund. If you miss this window, earn some extra karma points and give your ticket to one of your buddies. The tickets are fully transferable. Email learn@work-shop.com.au to organise a refund.

CANCELLATIONS

We’ll do our darndest to run all scheduled classes, however, let’s face it… sometimes shit happens! Most of our classes must have a minimum of 5 participants before we can put them on. In the event that a class is cancelled, students will be notified via email and entitled to a full refund or credit.

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Work-Shop or organised by Work-Shop must agree to these terms and conditions.

  •  Any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property property brought into Work-Shop’s premises.
  • Any physical injuries sustained as a result of participating in any class or event organised by Work-Shop.

I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Work-Shop.

2.) PHOTO & VIDEO

I agree to give Work-Shop unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Work-Shop classes and events or on Work-Shop’s premises. (Don’t worry, we’ll only these use to show others how much of a rad time you’re having through social media, newsletters, blogs, website and general Work-Shop promo material)
