I joined this class on the day of the event and it was just what I needed to do at the time that I needed to do it. Rachel was engaging, interested and interesting and the tools and tips are practical and achievable. One class can't change your life, (obvs) but if you're sceptical about self-help 'stuff' you should give this class a go. The presenter has been in your shoes, and sorted some stuff out. Five stars.
