Busy Dads Basics are a series of work shops for (but not limited to) dad’s on the go who want to learn skills & develop tools to assist them in their super busy lives. This can be anything from learning to cook the perfect roast chook, how to work out effectively in only 10-15mins without a gym, to meditating like a pro from the 1st time you close your eyes.
We offer a no fuss approach that is easy to understand & execute and takes very little of your precious time.
This class is all about fitness and nutrition!!!
You don’t need to spend hours at the gym. In fact you don’t need a gym at all!
Grant will show you super effective workouts that will give you functional strength, deep core engagement, and can be done in only a few minutes, helping you on your way to feeling awesome & getting ripped :)

*please note these are pattern & routines that Grant has learned from spending close time with trainers who are at the top of their field. Grant is not a personal trainer & does proclaim to be. All movement covered is entry level, however there will be an opportunity to connect with special guest trainers in coming workshops.
