Our Yoga and Art series is designed to awaken and exercise your creativity through 60 minutes of yoga and 60 minutes of making. We’ve combined our favourite styles of Yoga with an array of artistic techniques and mediums to give you the ultimate taste of creative living.
In this Yoga & Art session, discover the freedom of abstract painting and uncover the hidden layers of meaning behind this expressive artform. Paired with our dynamic Vinyasa Yoga Flow this workshop will get you out of your mind and into your body as we create with mindful intention & a delicious sense of playfulness.
This 2 hour session will include:
Vinyasa Flow – In this practice we connect movement with breath to create continuous flow through yoga asana (postures.) With a focus on alignment and transitions of the fundamental standing and seated postures you will explore strength, flexibility, endurance and balance as we map the internal landscape.
