Flaxseed crackers with strawberry and olives topping (flaxseed contain huge amount of fatty acids and omega 3, while berries are high in powerful vitamin C, which prevents the insurgence of free radicals)
Wild salmon, kale, carrots, red cabbage, fennel and orange salad with mustard dressing (Once again omega 3 rule this dish, with wild salmon being a great source of fats and protein. Kale tops the list in terms healthy content, in fact it is not only the most lutein-rich food, a carotenoid that can help prevent eye related issues and diseases, nut it I also contains high quantities of prebiotic nutrients and minerals. It also contains vitamin C, fibers, has a scientifically proven overall cardiovascular effects, lowers cholesterol and tastes great!!! Combined with carrots, red cabbage and fennel, it creates an unbeatable synergy to prevent wrinkles, tissues oxidation and support the digestive functions!!)
Vegan almond, cocoa and coconut sugar super cookies
(Almonds are high in monounsaturated fats, the same type of health- promoting fats that we find in olive oil and avocado, which have been associated with reduced risk of heart disease. They are also packed with fibers, potassium, magnesium, and they also help to reduce heart disease, thanks to the high content of vitamin E. Plus they’re easy to pack as a grab and go snack, they taste great and they will kill any hunger pain you may experience during your busy days!!!
Cocoa on the other hand, is especially rich in polyphenols, a group of protective antioxidant compounds found in many plant foods such as red wine and tea, and which are the subjects of scientific investigation and whole food dieters for their beneficial influence on cardiovascular health.
Cocoa is also rich in agents that enhance the production of various feel- good chemicals in the brain, specially serotonin and dopamine. This means that cocoa possesses anti-depressant, mood-elevating properties and those cookies will definitely bring a smile on your face).
