21 March 2019 • Feta, Halloumi and Ricotta Cheesemaking Workshop

I really enjoyed the cheesemaking course. Jacqueline was very knowledgeable and answered all of our many and varied questions. And the cheese was delicious! It is great to know that I can do something like this in my own home. The Bee Sustainable shop is also inspirational in and of itself.

17 March 2019 • Feta, Halloumi and Ricotta Cheesemaking Workshop

What a brilliant day class. So informative and so productive. Knowledgeable and supportive instructor in Jacqui, enjoyed the company of the other participants and walked away with the wherewithal to make my own cheeses. The haloumi was delicious and the feta is going fast. The venue in Lygon Street is a treasure trove of bee/honey and preserving equipment. Loved it.

12 March 2019 • Sourdough Bread Workshop

Best sourdough bread making class that I have ever attended. In search of the perfect loaf I have attended a few. Extremely knowledgeable teacher who understands the culture of potential bread makers and their desire to experiment. Rick conducts the class and bread making like an orchestra. He pays attention to every detail from the making of the culture to the exact ingredients and the technique for the mixing, proving, folding and baking. He is an excellent teacher and your baking at home with the dough you made in class will prove his teaching quality. Sorry for the pun but they are everywhere in breadmaking. Bread (wheat) has for centuries has been the basis of human survival. Thank you a very appreciative participant
