A 3 day class professional focused on the start to finish of craft chocolate making. Using commercial scale boutique machinery, in a functioning workshop you will learn so much to enhance your pre-existing chocolate business, extend your growing hospitality establishment or learn the guts of whats going to give you the right start in getting your own chocolate making production underway!

The class is hands on as much as you want at all stages. Chef jackets and aprons provided, but if you wish to bring your own you are welcome.

Everything from selecting beans, sourcing, roasting, winnowing, grinding, refining, tempering, ageing, crystallisation, flavours, storage and so much more!

Lunch and refreshments are provided, if you have any specific dietary requirements please lets us know.

The class will be lead by Jessica Pedemont, a representative of FBM machinery will attend and Brian Atkin of Makire Gold.

Chocolate Artisan has been established since 2008 in Sydney, famous for more than just classes. Many have begged Jessica Pedemont for her recipes and tricks of the trade, so her classes have been taught national and international. Those of you local to Sydney she holds classes at her retail chocolate shop in Haberfield, located in Sydney's Inner West area. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Chocolate Artisan requires 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event for a transfer.  Transfers will not be processed if cancellation occurs 48 of the event commencing. We do not offer refunds. We do not offer refunds for missed classes. There is a $40 fee for transfers.

No refund is given, but you can give your booking to someone else. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may not be allowed to enter the class. Your deposit will not be refunded.
