This class will teach you the skills to create a beautifully decorated Buttercream Cake to take home and share with family and friends!
This class is suitable for ages 16+ only
Gluten Free Cake options are Not Available for this class.
Learning Outcomes
- Learn how to stack and level a barrel cake
- Learn how to create a smooth and sharp buttercream finish
- Learn to mix various shades of buttercream to create tonal effects
- Learn how to create layered floral textures using a palette knife
- Learn how to pipe florals on to the side of a cake using a variety of tips
- Learn about placement and composition of detail to create a beautiful aesthetic
Students will take home their finished Cake along with a materials list

You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
