Whether you're a total beginner or just curious about textile art, this class offers a relaxed and inspiring introduction to tapestry that's all about experimentation and finding your creative voice. All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with the confidence to continue your handmade piece and the skills to continue weaving on your own.

Your Teacher

Anna Dunnill is an artist and writer based in Melbourne. She uses textile processes, especially weaving, to explore ideas around attention, ritual and devotion. In 2024 she was awarded the major prize in the Kate Derum International Tapestry Award.

If the organiser cancels the class:

You are entitled to a full refund.

If you can't attend the class:

You’re welcome to send someone in your place.

  • A refund can be requested 7 days before class starts. Free of charge.
  • A transfer can be requested 7 days before the class starts. Free of charge.

No changes will be allowed after these times.
