Your Teacher

Jill is an enthusiastic practitioner of a range of ancient textile crafts as learnt over many years. Starting out as a knitter in childhood she added spinning and was then captivated by weaving. She loves to weave practical items, especially tea towels and usually has several inkle looms on the go. Now retired on their farm in North East Victoria, Jill and her husband Dave make handcrafted textile tools from local or repurposed timber and cattlebone.
