Description

The history of button making is as old as the wearing of clothes. Any number of different materials were used to make buttons and for those with an interest in miniature weaving techniques then Dorset, Yorkshire or Cornish buttons may be right up your alley.

In this workshop I will show you how to create two types of buttons. A simple Dorset button and a Yorkshire button made using a simple loom.

For the bold or speedy we may even get the opportunity to show you how we might embellish the buttons taking them from fab to glam.
