Preserved Books with Barb Adams

A Guide to Bookbinding for all skill levels

Book Now (http://weteachme.com/l/XusXmyYr)

Description

In this one day workshops, students will spend a delightful day creating simple yet wonderful little books. Barb will guide you through the clever folding of a beautiful range of decorated papers with some simple stitching.

The result will be a collection of beautiful little books that you can take home in a jar to store. Once you have learnt these structures you can translate them into larger books or further decorate your 'preserved' collection.

Perhaps they will inspire you to make more books.

Date: Friday 19 January 2018. Time: 10am-3pm

Class fee: $99 (with an additional materials fee of $10)

This workshop is suitable for beginners or advanced book makers.

Note: a materials fee of $10 is to be paid to the tutor on the day to cover the cost of decorative papers provided.

Terrific fun - addictive yet relaxing! I made 10 books in one short course and have made more over the weekend since using my new skill. Barb is a great teacher with a wealth of knowledge and endless patience. I enjoyed the social experience too - meeting old and new classmates while having plenty of time to get into the serene flow of folding, cutting and sewing. Another winner, Opendrawer.
