Was a fun experience but lacking proper planning and direction. I was expecting to paint the exact image advertised not someone else’s artwork of the image which depreciated the work. Private message sent to vendor with suggestions to improve experience.

I gave this class a 2 star primarily because part of the experience was a little disappointing. The brushes we were given to use were so worn out. I certainly didn’t expect high end or state of the art brushes, however the bristles on our brushes were broken at different ends of the brush making it rather challenging, if not impossible to get a clean stroke. This was mentioned to the instructor and she explained the reason for bad brushes is due to children thrashing them during art classes. Our class was catered for adults and I suggested that different sets of brushes are used to cater for age groups. (A set for kids and a set for adults). Another let down was the instructor. Although extremely pleasant to converse with, her guidance throughout most of the duration of the class was non existent as she was very preoccupied in her own painting. Although the experience of the actual session was a little disappointing, the atmosphere, vibe and people who were down to earth and hilarious who also attended the session made it fun.

If the organiser cancels the class:

You are entitled to a full refund.

If you can't attend the class:

You’re welcome to send someone in your place.

A refund can be requested 2 days before class starts. An admin fee of AU$5.00 applies.
A transfer can be requested 2 days before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$15.00 applies.
A credit note can be requested 2 days before the class starts. Free of charge.

No changes will be allowed after these times.

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Paint With Me Melbourne or organised by Paint With Me Melbourne must agree to these terms and conditions.

1.) LIABILITY WAIVER

I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Paint With Me Melbourne

2.) PHOTO & VIDEO

I agree to give Paint With Me Melbourne unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Paint With Me Melbourne classes and events or on Paint With Me Melbourne premises. (For use of Paint With Me Melbourne marketing materials). If you do not wish to have this please let us know as we will assume so.

3.) REFUNDS

Paint With Me Melbourne requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class commencing for a transfer or credit. There are No refund 7 days prior to classes.

4.) CANCELLATIONS

In the event that a class is cancelled by Paint With Me Melbourne, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit if within the time frame.
