Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
OR
- A refund can be requested 14 days before class starts. Free of charge.
- A transfer can be requested 7 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
- A credit note can be requested 7 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.
Terms & Conditions
WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations for adult workshops:
- Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to a booked workshop date will be refunded 50% of the full workshop cost.
- Cancellations made within 1 week of a booked workshop date will not receive a refund. Where possible, alternate dates will be offered, or a credit applied for up to 12 months to attend a future workshop.
Cancellations for Kids in The Shed:
- Cancellations to any weekly Kids in The Shed/Creative Youth Sessions, for illness or conflicting social activities are not refunded nor rescheduled.
Cancellation by Creative Soul Sessions:
- Any workshop that is cancelled by us due to insufficient numbers or for unforeseen circumstances will be offered a full refund or option to reschedule.
- Should the minimum number of students not be achieved within 3 days of the workshop date, the workshop may be cancelled or postponed.
- We reserve the right to promote any workshop that has not yet reached the minimum number of participants. This may be done with incentives to attract more attendees to prevent cancellations.
- No compensation will be provided on purchases made prior to any incentives offered.
- If government restrictions force the cancellation or postponement of workshops all fees will be held in credit for when workshops are able to resume again.
Privacy and Photography Release.
During all workshops we will request in writing permission to take photographs of classes for use on our social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and our website. These may be used for promotional purposes in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know.
